Role SummaryThe Business Analyst plays a pivotal role within the IFRS CTO organization, driving the development and deployment of Gen AI-powered solutions through techno-functional expertise. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial and market data interpretation, and the ability to translate insights into actionable task. Will work closely with engineering, product, and ecosystem teams to shape scalable Gen AI applications tailored to industry-specific challenges.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and validate use cases.- Develop techno-functional business cases that quantify value drivers and ROI for Gen AI initiatives.- Create strategic POVs and technical documentation to support internal decision-making and stakeholder alignment.- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer financials and industry data to inform Gen AI solution design.- Maintain a centralized knowledge base of Gen AI research, validation outcomes, and competitive intelligence.Qualifications- Understanding of Gen AI models and their application in business contexts.- Experience in commercial construct, product road map design, market analysis, and technical documentation.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and strategy.- Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.- Experience with tools and platforms used in Gen AI development and deployment.Expected Impact- Enable the CTO organization to make data-driven decisions on Gen AI investments and priorities.- Accelerate the validation and deployment of Gen AI solutions through structured analysis and planning.- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by bridging technical and business perspectives.- Drive innovation by identifying high-impact Gen AI opportunities across industries.- Support long-term strategic planning with robust techno-functional insights.
