We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 1–2 years of experience to help translate the needs of our functional teams (accounting, tax, operations, compliance) into user-centric technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and our development team to define and deliver products that simplify workflows, automate processes, and provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and priorities.
- Conduct user interviews, document requirements, and map current vs ideal-state processes.
- Product Development & Roadmapping
- Translate business requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
- Work with design and development teams to plan and execute sprints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the voice of the user within the tech team.
- Facilitate demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Partner with QA and developers to ensure smooth delivery and post-launch success.
- Product Execution & Delivery
- Monitor product adoption, engagement, and feedback from internal teams.
- Use data and qualitative insights to refine features and inform new development.
- Help define metrics for success and track them post-launch.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology or services-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with agile product development cycles and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems.
- A keen interest in building internal tools and platforms that make teams more productive.
- Experience or familiarity with accounting, financial services, or operational systems is a plus .

Requirements
Must-Have Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience working as a Zoho Developer (preferably in Zoho One environments). Strong command over Deluge scripting language and Zoho APIs. Proficiency in at least one core programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.). Deep understanding of Zoho CRM custom modules, layouts, blueprints, and workflows. Logical reasoning and structured thinking – must be able to handle complex automations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing requirements. Good-to-Have (Preferred Skills) Experience with function-based architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Working knowledge of database design and SQL. Experience in low-code/no-code platforms outside Zoho. Familiarity with software engineering principles and design patterns. Knowledge about hardware integration in a Zoho context (e.g., IoT triggers via APIs). Creative thinker capable of “outside-the-box” problem-solving. Project/client management experience (nice to have at the upper end of the experience range).
