Role Summary:


Brand within Dentsu International: Dentsu Creative

Job Title: Graphic Animator

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3-6 Years


The purpose of this role is to lead all aspects of the animation process during the production of an animated film, television and animated segment for a live action film or across all mediums.


Key Accountabilities


  • Directs the entire project’s animation content working with the core team to realise and iterate the project’s creative vision, ensuring the highest level of animation quality
  • Establishes the animation quality standard, pipelines and processes for the studio
  • Builds out, manages and mentors the studio’s animation teams (riggers, technical animators, animators, etc.)
  • Partners closely with design, technology and other departments to ensure an efficient and effective development process


Professional Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Solid understanding AE, 3D, Animation, Adobe CS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
