Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Medical Content Officer who will spearhead our content creation and strategy, focusing on various medical specialties. You will play a crucial role in communicating our mission to potential patients and partners. This role begins as a part-time, equity-based position with a transition to full-time salary post-funding.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and oversee a strategic content plan, focusing on distinct medical specialties starting with Cardiology, moving through to oncology, and beyond.
- Produce and manage high-quality, medically accurate content tailored to our patient's needs, optimizing it for both on-page and off-page SEO to enhance Fitsib’s online visibility and search rankings.
- Use Next.js and Strapi CMS to ensure the technical SEO fundamentals are correctly implemented across our site.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to continuously optimize the website for SEO, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional teams to establish Fitsib as a prominent name in medical tourism, aligning efforts to boost our brand through effective content and SEO practices.
- Create high-quality, accurate medical content that enhances patient understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness across all platforms.
Phase Specific Specialties:
Phase 1: Cardiology
Phase 2: Hip and Knee Replacement
Phase 3: Oncology
Phase 4: Cosmetics
Phase 5: Bone Marrow Transplant, Liver and Kidney Transplant
Qualifications
- Medical degree required
- Proven experience in medical content creation, with an ability to convey complex medical information in an accessible manner.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for healthcare and patient education.
