Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in the real estate and construction sector. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering, working under the guidance of senior engineers to contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with Contractors and Subcontractors: Facilitate communication between project teams and external parties to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to project managers and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction-related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
