To strengthen our teams for Metro Rail Project in Madhya Pradesh,  we are looking for:

 

Senior O&M Expert (m/f)

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in metro rail projects

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of preparing O&M budgets and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Experience defining functional requirements for O&M activities across various domains (Operations, Maintenance Workshop, Control Room, EDP, and MMIS Systems)
  • Familiarity with participating in design reviews and resolving O&M interface issues with the engineering department during the design phase.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering operational analyses, O&M plans, manuals, procedures, training plans, and mobilization plans.
  • Experience implementing training plans on-site and managing schedules for internal and external training programs.
  • A knack for identifying and proposing optimized O&M solutions.
  • Strong planning and strategizing skills for O&M activities.
  • Ability to review and approve contractor-submitted O&M documents.
  • Experience ensuring successful O&M strategy implementation during DLP (Defect Liability Period)
  • A passion for supporting clients with statutory approvals (CMRS, RDSO, Railway Board) and during the initial operations phase.
