This role defines the technological future of WEYWORTH®, and is responsible for building India's first integrated fintech-social platform for entrepreneurs and investors. You know how to blend finance with social networking, and you're itching to disrupt how business relationships work in the digital age.


So. You're a tech wizard. Or a tech genius. A tech virtuoso. Whatever. You've built platforms that actually made money. You know how fintech fintechs, how social networks social, how security securities, and how scalability scales. You know all the compliance regulations, both the Indian and the global ones. Not much in the startup world fazes you anymore.


Let's face it, you're kind of a rockstar. But are you bragging about it? Please. Has it made you cynical? Not a chance. Are you still excited about revolutionizing how entrepreneurs and investors connect? Absolutely

You've spent the last few years architecting systems at a fintech startup, a social platform, or a unicorn. Maybe you're even there now, reading these very words, wondering if they're meant for you. (They are.)

Engineers love you because you can switch between discussing system architecture and coding features without missing a beat. You know when to use blockchain and when a simple database will do. And your future tech team will love you because you've got their growth in mind.


Product folks love you because you think in user journeys, not just code blocks. You understand how entrepreneurs and investors think, and you can translate that into seamless digital experiences.

Investors love you because you speak their language. You've built payment systems, know your KYC from your AML, and understand what it takes to scale in India's fintech space.


Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience with the T3 stack ( including Clerk, Prisma, and tRPC.
  • Deep understanding of building scalable, secure, and compliant fintech products in India
  • Ability to lead a talented engineering team and guide them through technical challenges
  • Passion for blending fintech and social networking to revolutionize how entrepreneurs and investors connect
  • Familiarity with payment gateway integrations, KYC/AML regulations, and scaling infrastructure in the Indian market
