Requirements
  • Overseethe daily operations of the beauty parlour branch includingscheduling staff management and customerservice.
  • Developand implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increaserevenue.
  • Trainmentor and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and meetperformancegoals.
  • Maintaina high standard of cleanliness hygiene and organization within theparlour.
  • Monitorinventory levels and ensure adequate stock of beauty products andsupplies.
  • Handlecustomer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional andtimelymanner.
  • Conductregular performance evaluations of staff and provide constructivefeedback forimprovement.
  • Collaboratewith the management team to develop marketing campaigns andpromotional activities to attract new clients and retain existingones.
  • Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safeworking environment for staff andclients.
