Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Java Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, leading technical discussions, and ensuring that our systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing. As a Senior Developer, you will mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop:

Write efficient, testable, and scalable code for complex Java applications.Lead Development:

Take ownership of system architecture, design patterns, and coding standards, while leading by example.Code Reviews:

Perform thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and optimization techniques.Collaboration:

Work closely with the Product Management, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams to build new features and improve existing ones.Testing and Debugging:

Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards through unit testing, integration testing, and continuous monitoring.Agile Practices:

Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software.Research & Innovation:

Stay current with the latest technologies and frameworks; contribute to continuous improvements of the software architecture.Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot production issues and lead the development of enhancements and bug fixes in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience

in Java development (Java 8+).Strong experience with

Spring Framework

(Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).Proficient in

RESTful API development

and

microservices architecture .Experience with

SQL/NoSQL databases

like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.Experience with

version control systems

like Git.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.Experience in

multi-threading

and concurrent programming.Preferred:Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud,

or

Azure .Familiarity with

message brokers

(e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Experience with

front-end technologies

such as Angular, React, or Vue.js (optional but a plus).Familiarity with

TDD

(Test-Driven Development) and

BDD

(Behavior-Driven Development) methodologies.Previous experience in a

leadership role

or as a mentor to junior developers.
