Must haves :

- A subject matter expert (SME) on Microfocus.

- Experience with Installation, configuration and administration of Microfocus Enterprise Developer (DevHub); Enterprise Server software; and Micro Focus Visual COBOL.

- Knowledge and expertise (development, maintenance and enhancement) on Microfocus COBOL, JCL, CICS, and Micro Focus Visual COBOL.

- Environment setup (Batch and CICS regions) on Microfocus Enterprise Server (MFES) and Micro Focus Visual COBOL.

- Good team player and collaborative.

- Self-starter and consulting mind set.

Preferable :

- Prior experience with migration or upgrade into / of Microfocus platform preferred.

- Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Nexus.

- Life and Pensions business knowledge.
