The profile will be based out of Kolkata and will be handling both WB & Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura & Arunachal Pradesh
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategies for driving off-takes in the New Luxury category (Reserve & Craft) and Innovation category (new launches) through appropriate TTL activities.•Collaborate closely with local sales teams to drive category growth in Key Accounts, Premium-on-Premise channels, and off-trade.•Ensure ROI analysis for each activation and manage budgets accordingly, with periodic monitoring and evaluation in place.•Foster strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with SCMMs, SCMEs and KAMs to ensure effective on-ground implementation of activations.•Strong liaison with procurement team.•Maintain accurate documentation and supervision of financial processes, including bills, POs, GRAs, and PR, to ensure budget compliance at the state level.•Plan and execute POSMs, Display Units, and shelf shares for branding contracts, activation requirement coordinating with vendors for execution in the state.•Monitor and report performance to the Luxury Customer Marketing Manager, providing actionable insights for improvement.•Provide feedback to the regional marketing and sales teams based on competitor analysis and performance against the plan.•Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets.•Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is essential.Requirements:
•MBA qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience in CPG and luxury industries.•Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, particularly in the luxury segment.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.•Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.•Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.Diversity statement
