We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications and features.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Manage system integrations and data migration processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, features, and best practices.

- Prepare documentation for system architecture, design, and implementation.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Salesforce development and architecture.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing models.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
