You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as maintain and improve existing functionalities. The role involves leading and mentoring junior developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring the overall quality of the software.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java applications.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standardsContribute to architectural decisions and discussionsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other software-related problems.Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase.Document coding standards and best practices for the development team.Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, design patterns, and best practices.Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs using JAX-RS (Java API for RESTful Web Services).Proficient in database design and SQL.Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks.In-depth understanding and practical application of design patterns, with a focus on those relevant to Java developmentFamiliarity with Domain-Driven Design principles and the ability to apply them in software development.Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.Proficient in configuring and deploying applications on popular Java application servers such as Apache Tomcat and Eclipse Jetty.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Certification in Java developmentExposure to BPM Platforms like jBPM, Activiti, Camunda
