We're seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable telecaller who to guide students in achieving their international education goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized counselling to students on study abroad options, course selection, and career pathways

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and goals

  • Research and stay up-to-date on international education trends, scholarships, and admission requirements

  • Develop and implement student success plans, including academic and career guidance

  • Build relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions worldwide

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote services

  • Meet sales targets and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • 1+ years of experience in the field of telecalling or education consulting

  • languages: English

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and cultures

  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
