SAP GTS Consultant (Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Pune)

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA. This role combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities , including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation , including roles, reports, and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders .

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes .
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams .
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills .
  • Fluency in English.
