Purpose of the role:

To ensure the region/ client specific timesheet saving processing happens accurately by adhering to defined service level agreements.


The roles & responsibilities include:

1. End to end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly and/or Monthly).

2. Maintaining mailbox without any hassle free.

3. Thorough & Vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistake.

4. Zero or no Tolerance error in saving timesheet and maintaining the necessary excel files.

5. Notifying payroll team on the special instructions.

6. Arranging & Supporting Back up for Invoices to be delivered for Client.

7. Updating and maintaining payroll records.

8. Maintaining the payroll data excel file accurately.

9. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

11. Maintains employee data by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

12. Assisting the Payroll Supervisor for Various Reports as & when needed


Job Requirements:

  • (6 months - 1 year) experience in Payroll preferred. Any other corporate experienced candidate who is interested to move into Payroll domain can apply to
