Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 18 years of experience in accounts receivable management within the US healthcare industry, with expertise in AR calling, insurance follow-up, and hospital billing.Strong understanding of medical billing processes, reimbursement methodologies, and insurance claims processing.Experience managing and leading teams, including workload distribution, performance management, and professional development.Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA), and industry standards (e.g., CMS guidelines).Familiarity with B1 visa regulations and requirements for international employees.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and implement process improvements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using AR management software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
