International Customer Support (Voice Process)

1. AR Caller US Healthcare (Freshers)

Location: Hyderabad (Manikonda)

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM) | Sat & Sun Fixed Off

Qualification: Any Graduate

Package: 3 LPA (16,000 Take Home) + Perks

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US Insurance companies regarding claims.

  • Follow up on pending/denied claims until resolved.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Good English Communication (Verbal & Written).

  • Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

  • Immediate Joiners preferred.

Perks:

  • 2-Way Cab Facility (up to 25 KM).

  • 2,200 Night Shift Allowance.

2. International Voice Customer Support (Freshers)

Location: Hyderabad (Uppal, Cab Radius 30 KM)

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (2-way cab provided)

Qualification: Undergraduates / Any Graduate

Salary Structure:

Fresher: 3 LPA | 17,000 Take Home + 2,000 Attendance Bonus

618 Months: 3.4 LPA | 20,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus

18+ Months: 4 LPA | 25,000 Fixed + 2,000 Attendance Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.

  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across time zones and cultural contexts.

  • Use CRM tools effectively for logging and tracking customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (Voice/Chat).

  • Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
