About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AMS Manager (HCM) to lead and manage the Application Management Services (AMS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of application services for the clients. The AMS Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality support, enhancements, and optimization capabilities, ensuring applications meet business needs and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of AMS consultants to deliver AMS services across various enterprise clients. - Conduct daily scrum meetings and oversee the day-to-day operations of AMS, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. - Plan Onboarding of Client along with preparation and continuous enhancement of AMS
