Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Ludhiana. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer accounts, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. The Sales Specialist will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and participate in training programs to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training programs
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the transportation industry is a plus
