Tester - FinnOne Neo / Loan Management System

Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester with hands-on experience in FinnOne Neo or similar Loan Management Systems (LMS). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of loan processing functionalities through effective test planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:- Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications for loan processes.- Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for various loan modules (disbursement, repayment, foreclosure, etc.).- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing on FinnOne Neo LMS.- Validate system configurations, workflows, and data integrity across modules.- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using standard tools until closure.- Collaborate closely with business, development, and support teams to resolve issues.- Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and timelines.- Support production verification and post-deployment testing as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-4 years of testing experience in FinnOne Neo or other Loan Management Systems.- Good understanding of loan lifecycle processes (origination, disbursement, repayment, closure).- Experience in manual testing; exposure to automation tools will be an added advantage.- Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.- Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Availability to join immediately
