Company DescriptionThe Con Artists Production is a growing photography and film-making production house with operations in Hyderabad and Pune. We specialize in wedding, event and space documentation and have been fortunate to grow our team of artists to over 20 people, some of whom have been with us for over 8 years and have grown with us as leaders (Proud)

Role DescriptionThe Con Artists Production is looking for a Full-time, on-site photo editor to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for editing photographs while working closely with the team and clients. You will be expected to ensure that all photos are well-crafted and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:You will be a part of the team that creates magic in wedding photos – and in doing so, will be creating inspirational storiesYou will be part of our photo/film-making team, and you'll be working with our Artists along with the ideation team to cull, edit and craft storytelling photo sets including social media projects.Must be good and well-versed in editing software such as Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, Photoshop and other Ai software to achieve efficiencyShould have excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowing Telugu will be preferred.Manage and oversee all technical aspects of editingStay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques, equipment, and trends.Coach and upskill teams to achieve newer goals as you grow in roles

Requirements:A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop, preferably within weddings, events, portraits and spacesStrong portfolio showcasing your editing workExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Telugu, to interact effectively with clients and team members.Having a personal laptop helps your improvement
