Job Summary: To handle the QA, PDI activities and SMG audit. To act as SPOC for SMG wrt QA and Root cause analysis using various tools like Fish Bone, Free body diagram etc. To handle logistics coordination of the company like SMG extranet Order Processing, coordination with GGN SC team & vendor team, Invoicing to despatch with complying to all rules & regulations till deliveries and reverse logistics. To meet all the obligations of internal and external customers. Job Description: Main: • Prompt & Accurate Delivery arrangement & material to & From flow from Vendor • Handle SMG Extranet activities • Coordinate with WH & EMS vendors for IOS (In, Out, Stock) of RM as well as FG • Arrangement of Stock in BINs & Dispatch to SMG • Handle incoming shipments and inventory control • PO, GRN & Invoice processing • Interaction with Customer (MSIL/SMG) • Coordination with production engineers (working in Pioneer Factory) to get the Quality Failure Analysis Report and other Quality Related Topics • Oering On-Site First Level Resolution with-in 12 hours of receiving the issue from MSIL • (MSIL Factory Visit within 12 hours of issue) • Explanation of RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Failure Report and Resolution to MSIL Engineers using QC tools like Fish bone diagram, Free body diagram etc. • Independently handle SMG audit. • Overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedure • PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activity as per MSIL/SMG Process • Ensuring that all products meet the MSIL quality standards before they are shipped to MSIL/SMG • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control activities Special: MSIL/SMG – Project and Kanban Knowledge PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) / PDQA (Pre Delivery Quality Approval) Experience Minimum Four MSIL / SMG Project handling experience Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance Supplier Parts Development Process Development Assembly Line Audit Experience Quality Report Making Quality Failure Analysis Quality Tools (6 Sigma / DMAIC) Knowledge Electronics Parts Exposure (PCB Assembly / SMT) Moulding Parts and Sheet Metal Parts Exposure Quality Certification for RCA {Example: IATF & ISO 14001 knowledge / certified} APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) Experience MIS Reports • Billing / Order Pendency Reports • Inventory Management reporting • SMG material consumption tracking Preference : 1. Prior experience to handle Maruti Suzuki deliveries operation 2. Well versed with MS Office (Excel and Power Point) 3. Fluent in English (verbal as well as written). Others: 1. B.Tech./B. E with Degree/Diploma in management – Supply Chain/ Sales/ Gen. Mgt. 2. 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in relevant Industry. 3. Self-starter with ability to demonstrate results 4. Must be organized and detail oriented 5. Knowledge of Maruti Suzuki Extranet & Dispatch process is must and knowledge of computers, MS OFFICE (Excel & PPT Skill (Macro, Pivot Table, Graphs, PPT). 6.Logical Thinking 7.Good Interpersonal relation skills. 8.Hard working, sincere and disciplined. 9.Excellent oral and written English communication, negotiation 10.
