Job Description :


The role of a Kinaxis consultant is pivotal in implementing and configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for clients. This role holds significant importance as it directly impacts the effectiveness of supply chain planning and execution within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in supply chain management and consulting, with at least 5 years dedicated to Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes and requirements.

- Configure and customize the Kinaxis RapidResponse solution based on client needs.

- Lead and oversee Kinaxis implementation projects remotely, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Configure and customize Kinaxis workbooks, scorecards, and dashboards to meet client requirements.

- Develop and maintain automation chains and scripting interfaces for process optimization.

- Interface Kinaxis with SAP systems and other third-party applications remotely using web APIs and data integration methods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive project execution.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and project team members remotely.

- Stay updated on the latest Kinaxis features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Provide training and support to users on Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities.

- Analyze and interpret client data to provide actionable insights for supply chain improvements.

- Lead workshops and meetings with clients to discuss solution design and implementation.

- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize supply chain performance metrics.

- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of Kinaxis RapidResponse configurations.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities.

- Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of Kinaxis RapidResponse to clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or related fields.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including implementation and configuration.

- Strong proficiency in SAP integration and project management.

- In-depth knowledge of Kinaxis workbooks, scorecards, dashboards, and other functionalities.

- Proven expertise in automation chains, scripting interfaces, and data integration.

- Experience with web APIs and their usage for system integration.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor team members remotely, as well as work collaboratively in a virtual environment.

- Kinaxis certification(s) is a plus.

- Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management.
