Job Description

Key deliverables for GCC:

Consolidate service functions under one organization to drive standardized, efficient and effective processes. Build new functional capabilities internally along the Digital with Global Mindset. Transform service function using best in context systems, self-service, assurance, governance & actionable insights.


This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy for GCC, ensuring the adoption of a robust, sustainable and high-quality approach to identify, attract, motivate, develop, and retain high-quality talent for building a high-performing GCC team that will deliver the best digital services and establish the GCC as a trusted partner for businesses across the group.
This role would be responsible for managing a large workforce, across various verticals and functions while catering to all people management related areas such as:

Talent Acquisition Performance and Engagement Change and Communication Skilling and Development HRBP Admin

The Successful Applicant

20+ years of experience with at least 10-12 years in a leadership or managerial role in HR & Admin functions in large diversified GCC / GBS / SSC environment. Proven leadership experience in setting up Global Capability Centres or Shared Services Centres. Extensive knowledge of establishing and managing progressive HR practices in a services environment. Direct experience of managing various areas within the HR function (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance & rewards, OD, L&D, etc.) for large scale centres. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to align support services with business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
