Job DescriptionAs the Head of Generative AI, you will be responsible for leading the AI Minds department and driving the development and implementation of advanced generative models. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, project management, and team leadership, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities of Generative AI HeadLead the AI Minds department, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Drive the development and implementation of advanced generative models, including GANs, VAEs, GPT, and BERT.Utilize technical skills in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Machine Learning to develop and optimize AI solutions.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and project timelines.Foster a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress and strategic initiatives.Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay abreast of latest developments in AI and Machine Learning, ensuring the organization remains at the cutting edge of technology.Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AI development and implementation.Functional CompetenciesPython: Proficiency in Python is required as it is the primary language used in AI and machine learning. The candidate should be able to write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.Tensor Flow: The candidate should have a deep understanding of TensorFlow, an opensource software library for machine learning and artificial intelligence. They should be able to build and deploy ML models using TensorFlow.PyTorch: Experience with PyTorch, an opensource machine learning library, is necessary. The candidate should be able to use PyTorch for complex tensor computations and deep learning.Artificial Intelligence: The candidate should have a strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and algorithms. They should be able to design and implement AI solutions.Machine Learning: The candidate should have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
