Admission Counselor - VishakhapatnamRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Counsellor to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrolment process for Premier Institute courses. As an Inside Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with leads, understanding their educational needs, and providing guidance to facilitate their enrolment in our prestigious courses.
Key Responsibilities:Promptly respond to leads through various communication channelsEngage leads in a consultative manner to understand their career goals and preferencesProvide detailed information about courses, certifications, and benefits to potential studentsCustomize conversations to address specific concerns and objections while highlighting course valuesBuild rapport, and maintain a professional and friendly relationships with potential studentsGuide leads through the enrolment process, and assist in resolving queries related to application, admission, and financial processesMeet and exceed monthly targetsImplement and effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates
Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in any stream.Proven experience in Inside Sales or Counselling, preferably in the Education sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM software, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
