Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Graphic/Product Designer Intern at Markedly. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Intern at Markedly you will play a crucial role in the development and design of our products. You will work closely with our founder to understand the vision and requirements for each product, and then translate those ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create designs for trackers and planners that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
Develop sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Design or other related area is preferred or  proven experience as a Graphic/ Product Designer Intern or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in design tools such as  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects), Sketch, Canva, or Procreate.
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating products that delight customers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
