Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator in Kolkata. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the overall success of events.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination
  • Knowledge of event management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
