Reports To: Managing Director, Delivery Head

Role Brief :Brillio is looking for a Delivery leader with a strong Technical background, who will shape and drive growth within the. Technology Vertical. The position will require the person to focus on Engineering Excellence, driving delivery, innovation and growth bringing thought leadership across domain and technology. This requires the person to have very strong understanding and experience of Cloud, building Products, Platforms and Apps. Should have deep understanding of leveraging Gen AI to reduce effort in SDLC and as enabling features within Products and Apps.We are looking for an experienced leader with a hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same or similar level role in a well-established Digital Transformation, Consulting or Analytics Service Provider companies.

Support Sales/Customer success teams with developing relevant POVs, Proposals to grow your account/business unit.Work closely with Data & AI data CoEs to build competitive solutions leveraging IP and project accelerators for strong Go to Market messaging.Execution and Delivery Excellence:

Leverage your business acumen to deliver all programs against the financial goals.With Engineering mindset, deliver the programs successfully.Builds and ensures self/team follow best practices, adhering to the processes and proactively identify and manage risks.People Leadership & Collaboration:

Key Responsibilities : Key KRA’s: Delivery Excellence, Revenue, Delivery Margin, Solutions, Customer NPS, People Attrition.Own the Key account portfolioDrive GTM working closely with the Vertical teams and the CoE teams.Drive growth for the Key client accountOwn the Delivery for the portfolio globally and ensure delivery excellence, customer NPS.Work closely with client stakeholders, build relationship and drive customer success.Own the Delivery Operations for the portfolio including Forecasting, Delivery Margin, SOW, SLA and other operational KPI’s for the portfolio.Build Talent and team for the portfolio and become self-sufficient.Drive industry thought leadership in the Technology space.Engagement with people and ensure the portfolio achieves the people goals of engagement and attrition.Drive the presales and business development working closely with practice GTM, Solutions and CoE’s along with the Vertical Market team for the client Account.Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.Groom Engineering talent in the practice and drive superior engineering practices and standards in the organization.Candidates should demonstrate the below listed critical leadership qualities:Customer Advocacy - Ensures customer success on stated and unstated business priorities through strategic advice and market leading solutions.Owner’s Mindset - Is passionate about Brillio’s business, deeply committed to its success and makes decisions that are in the best interest of the firm.Innovation Ethos - Embraces ambiguity and adopts relentless experimentation to challenge current practices and enable continuous growth.Execution with Pace - Displays agility to deliver high quality results in the face of changing stakeholder expectations.Big Picture Thinking - Creates a common definition of shared success and sets bold targets that inspire the team towards new horizons.Winning Through Teams - Enables a culture of collaboration and empowers teams to "raise their game” to create a winning formula.

Candidates Must Have:14+ years leading experience in IT and very good experience in Delivery with a minimum of 3 years with

large

Tech customers.Preferred domain experience Technology domain.Good technical background and ability to understand technical nuances with focus on Engineering MaturityProven history of Technical and Delivery exposure, experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Snowflake / GCP).Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.Strong Delivery Management experience, building teams, managing the P&L, driving growth for the portfolio.Good experience in Agile ways of working and driving delivery excellence.Good experience in building and managing relationship with senior client stakeholders.Strong people management experience talent development, coaching, career management, people engagement and someone who is a People Leader.Proven track record working across large cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
