Job Description

A minimum of 1.5 years of exp. Must have the technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (mandatory) &Photoshop. Must be good at art/photography. • Reporting to Sr. Architect• Should be capable of developing detailed designs of a project with a given basic layout/ ideas/ sketch• Responsible for handling individual projects assigned.• Should have good knowledge of working drawings/ detailed drawings/ all drawings required for construction purposes. Should be able to draft these drawings as well if required.• Should be able to delegate, assign work, and train Draughtsmen.• Should handle Vendors and contractors when required.• Should maintain good relationships with Civil Team and vendors/ contractors.• Responsible for providing required drawing to Civil Team for the assigned project. Technical Skills: MS Office, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Any rendering software (Lumion) Salary range : INR 12,000 upto 15,000.
