The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Conducting penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses.
  • Developing and implementing security framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintaining security subject-matter expertise and keep abreast of best practices & trends.
  • Managing vulnerability assessment.
  • Oversight & resolution of security incidents.

The Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You have working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud consultant, Techno-functional consultant,, Core HR, Oracle recruiting Cloud,, HCM Data Loader and Business Intelligence
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • 10+ year Techno-functional resource
  • Relevant years of experience into Orcale Fusion HCM Cloud should be 6 or 6 + yrs (less years of experience will not be considered).
  • Knowledge on Oracle Fusion HCM cloud modules Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Oracle recruiting Cloud.
  • Oracle Time & Labor knowledge – Good to have but not a mandate.
  • 80 % Technical – 20 % Functional, should be very good in BI + HDL
