RISA Labs is changing that with our Business Operating System as a Service (BOSS) - a powerful platform built for the vertical complexity of healthcare, that transforms healthcare operations. Unlike simple automation tools, BOSS breaks down complex workflows into small tasks, managed by smart AI agents like LLMs, digital twins, and reinforcement learners. This creates a digital workforce that doubles the efficiency of healthcare teams, letting a 1,000-person institution operate like it has 2,000 staff overnight. Founders RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology. Funding RISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to architect, automate, and manage our cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. In this role, you'll design scalable and secure environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices. You will play a critical part in ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and compliance, while collaborating closely with development and product teams to embed Dev Ops best practices across the SDLC. Roles & Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure: Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with high availability and disaster recovery CI/CD Pipelines: Build and optimize integration and deployment pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or AWS Code Pipeline Automation: Automate provisioning and scaling with Ia C tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and scripting (Python, Bash) Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage monitoring/logging (Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure uptime and performance Security & Compliance: Enforce IAM, encryption, and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR) with tools like AWS Secrets Manager or Vault Incident Response: Troubleshoot outages and performance issues using AWS Systems Manager or Azure equivalents Cost Optimization: Track and optimize cloud usage via auto-scaling, reserved instances, and cost monitoring tools Containerization: Manage workloads in Docker and orchestrate via Kubernetes, ECS, or AKS Collaboration: Work closely with Dev, QA, and Product teams to embed cloud-native Dev Ops practices Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processes Qualifications & Experience: 1 to 3 years in Dev Ops or Cloud Engineering with hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP B. Tech/M. Tech from IIT, BITS, or NIT (or equivalent); relevant academic projects/internships are a plus Proficiency in containerization (Docker) & orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS) Experience with Ia C (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, networking (VPCs, DNS, load balancing), and security practices Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch)
