This is an entry-level, full-time position, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves planning travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for travel. Qualifications and Skills proficient in creating detailed travel itineraries that cater to clients' preferences and needs (Mandatory skill) excellent customer service skills to manage client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill) strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members (Mandatory skill) experience or knowledge of travel booking systems to make accurate and efficient bookings competent in problem solving to address any issues that may arise during travel planning attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in travel documents and arrangements familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and maintaining databases effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Roles and Responsibilities plan and organize travel itineraries according to client requirements and preferences book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements while ensuring cost-effectiveness provide clients with travel information, advice, and assistance in a timely manner handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements promptly maintain up-to-date client records and travel documents in CRM systems coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and arrangements ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
