What we’re looking for: (Internal Job title - Senior Training Specialist MS )
As the FSE Training Specialist at Tide, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, developing, and delivering high-quality training and development solutions for Partnership Field Sales Executives. These FSEs are the frontline representatives who will engage in onboarding Tide members in the field. They will interact with target groups, such as business owners and freelancers, to onboard them, pitch various promotional offers, enhancing engagement and ensuring a seamless transition to our platform. As part of this team, you would be working on producing high quality Training Guides as per process requirements and offers (you will also be responsible for co-creating content around Partnership Onboarding teams - MAM), hosting exceptional training sessions for Marketing teams across locations (currently Delhi/NCR and might expand to other locations within India), and other departments (if applicable). Further, you will also be responsible for making appropriate changes in the training material as per changes in the procedures and guidelines (internal as well as product specific) and identifying training gaps within the MST team and sorting those out in a timely manner across team levels.
Some of the things you’ll be doing are:
Train and mentor new and existing Field Sales Executives (FSEs) on sales techniques, product knowledge, and partnership development. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales meetings to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Support FSEs in the field by accompanying them on sales pitch, providing guidance, and assisting with member onboarding. Owning training material specific to your line of business Build and maintain strong relationships with key partnership stakeholders to drive long-term business growth. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant training and support to the sales team. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to FSEs. Develop and update training materials, sales scripts, and other resources to support the sales team. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote onboarding opportunities and network with prospect members (If needed). Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Mastering the existing training formats, scorecards and planners while constantly striving for innovation. Managing different Partnership vendors and coordinate to conduct various engagement activities to drive performance You will be reporting to Training ManagerYou’ll be a great fit if:
You have minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as Trainer preferably handling partnerships, FSE and third party payroll FSEs’ You must be currently holding either Trainer or a Senior Trainer Position Must be comfortable in training Virtually as well as in a Classroom Set up Must have previous Sales experience in handling field team Should be comfortable with 5 days work from office (Gurgaon) and rostered WeekOffs Must be comfortable with making field visits to support both new and experienced FSEs. You must be comfortable in traveling to various locations across India to train the FSEs as required. Should have a decent understanding and experience of Marketing trends, processes, products, and promotions in India. You have content creation experience in your profile and have delivered some type of training/refresher to your peer group/within your team You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build solid relationships and collaborate across the business You have exceptional articulating, public speaking capabilities and superior presentation skills You have creative skills to develop content through different tools (visual, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, as well as written, e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Word, etc.) You are highly motivated, Collaborative with fellow trainers, enthusiastic and driven with a never say die attitude. You are a good team player who is decisive, goal-oriented and proactive You are Highly data driven and have good capabilities in G-suite and MS office. Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage. You are comfortable with delivering training sessions both in English as well as Hindi sometimes in combination You are a Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
