We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Testing Team Leader to join our Business Process Validation (BPV) team. The team validates our new travel ecosystem as intended to allow end-users to execute core business processes across the travel journey. Candidates will work across multiple products & engineering teams to lead the BPV Test Execution POD, overseeing end-to-end testing activities for the travel ecosystems quarterly releases. Responsible for team management, strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring high-quality test execution across systems and personas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical and operational oversight. Job Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the POD, including squad leaders, testers, and automation engineers. Oversee execution of BPV end-to-end test case scripts across multiple systems and user experiences. Drive continuous improvement in test processes, documentation, and automation impact analysis. Ensure detailed record keeping, defect management, and resolution tracking. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align testing activities with release goals. Facilitate training and development for team members. Review and approve test scripts, flows, and automation strategies. Surface and resolve issues or gaps in test coverage and execution. Skill and Experience: 8+ years in software testing or QA, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing distributed/offshore teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with testing tools, frameworks, and automation. Education and Certifications: Undergraduate/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Work location: Hyderabad, India.
