Job Description – HR & Admin Executive (Pharma Manufacturing)
Location: Kadechur, Yadagir, Karnataka

Experience Required: 1–3 Years in HR & Administration at Manufacturing Unit Level
Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW – HR Specialization
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions at our pharma manufacturing facility in Kadechur, Yadagir, Karnataka. The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement, along with day-to-day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
· Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (Entry-to-Exit) including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
· Recruitment & Selection: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for factory-level and staff positions.
· Attendance & Leave Management:
o Track employee attendance, late coming, and absenteeism.
o Maintain leave records and ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
o Issue attendance advice to payroll team.
· Payroll Support: Share accurate inputs on attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions for monthly payroll processing.
· Employee Records: Maintain personnel files, HRMS/Excel databases, and statutory records.
· Onboarding: Conduct joining formalities, background verification, induction, and training coordination.
· Compliance Support: Assist in labor law compliance, contractor management, and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
· Employee Engagement: Support in welfare activities, grievance handling, and employee communication.
Administration
· Oversee office and plant administration including housekeeping, canteen, transport, stationery, and security.
· Ensure health, safety, and welfare facilities for employees in line with pharma manufacturing standards.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
· Support factory HR & Admin audits and documentation.
Key Skills Required
· Knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing/plant environment.
· Familiarity with attendance systems, payroll support, and statutory compliances.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Candidate Profile
· MBA in HR / MSW with specialization in HR.
· 1–3 years of HR & Admin experience at a manufacturing unit (preferably pharma or related industries).
· Willingness to work in Kadechur, Yadagir (Karnataka) and support plant-level HR operations.
