Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in Java to join our dynamic and innovative Product team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust and scalable Java-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with software development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to define and execute architectural strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Architectural Design : Define and develop scalable, reliable, and efficient software architecture solutions using Java technologies. Create technical specifications, system models, and design documentation.

- Java Expertise : Demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in Java development, including Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other related frameworks. Stay updated with the latest Java advancements and industry best practices.

- Solution Development : Lead the development and implementation of complex Java-based applications and systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.

- System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Java applications with existing systems and third-party APIs. Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between different components.

- Performance Optimization : Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks. Propose and implement optimizations, including code refactoring, caching mechanisms, and database tuning, to enhance application performance and scalability.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that the developed solutions meet the required quality standards. Participate in code reviews, conduct performance testing, and ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing.

- Risk Management : Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and address potential vulnerabilities, security issues, and system failures, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Java-based solutions.

- Research and Innovation : Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to Java development. Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software development processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Java-based solutions .

- In-depth knowledge of Java development, including Java EE , Spring Framework, Hibernate , and related technologies.

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level Java applications .

- Strong understanding of software architectural patterns, principles, and best practices.

- Proficient in system integration and experience with third-party APIs .

- Experience with performance tuning , optimization , and debugging of Java applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues .

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.

- Relevant certifications in Java development or enterprise architecture are a plus.
