Windows Driver Development :

We are seeking a talented Windows Driver Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Windows drivers for PCI/ PCIe/ PXI/ PXIe interfaces to communicate with embedded platforms. You will collaborate closely with software architects and stakeholders to understand product requirements and architecture, develop unit test frameworks, and integrate drivers with host applications and test frameworks.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Windows drivers for PCI/ PCIe/ PXI/ PXIe interfaces.

- Collaborate with software architects and stakeholders to define and understand product requirements.

- Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure driver quality and reliability.

- Integrate drivers with host applications and test frameworks.

- Adhere to established software development guidelines and procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.

- 5-8 years of experience in Windows driver development using C/C++/C#.

- Strong understanding of kernel-level programming and low-level hardware interactions.

- Extensive experience with PCI/ PCIe/ PXI/ PXIe interfaces and driver development.

- Proficiency in Windows OS internals and system software development.

- Experience in developing software for embedded platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is preferred.

- Proficiency in Git, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.

- Python scripting experience for test automation is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with specific embedded platforms (mention if applicable).

- Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., USB, Ethernet).
