You will be signing the contractdirectly with the Portuguese employer.TheFraud Prevention Agent is responsible for reviewing suspicious webpurchases investigating data to determine whether orders should beaccepted orcanceled.
Responsibilities:
  • Accuratelyidentify fraudulent activity.
  • Recognize anddocument suspicious behavior identifying trends and flaggingemerging issues.
  • Communicate with customers viaphone and email to gather crucial details that influencedecisions.
  • Manage backofficeoperations.
  • Handle inbound calls from customersresponding to callback requests.
  • Make outboundcalls when necessary to clarify information withcustomers.

Requirements:
  • Flawlesscommunication skills in Dutch Advanced English(B2);
  • Ability to work quickly and efficientlyunder deadline pressure.
  • Ability for deepanalysis on customer data
  • Proven ability towork and make decisions with minimalsupervision.
  • Interest in self and team KPIsfocusing on what can be done instead of what cannotbe.

Whatwe offer
