Location: Pune (Factory-Office Hybrid)

Job Summary:
Seeking a B.E. in Instrumentation/Industrial Automation/Mechatronics with 4 years experience in SCADA (Ignition), PLC (Rockwell/Siemens), and automation in manufacturing. Python skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled B.E. instrumentation/industrial automation/mechatronics engineer with 4 years of hands-on SCADA Ignition/HMI/PLC programming/automation experience to oversee and optimize the manufacturing shop floor system. Python knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA system, PLC (Rockwell/Siemens platform highly preferred) programming logics and real-time process control in an industrial manufacturing industries
  • Good understanding of various sensors and their applications
  • Develop, modify, and maintain the SCADA system in real time. monitoring and control
  • Good understanding of industrial network/communication protocol
  • Interface PLAC with HMI/SCADA system, ensuring seamless data flow and process visualization
  • Diagnose and resolve automation-related issue, minimizing downtime
  • Work closely with the production and maintenance team.
  • Ability to implement, troubleshooting and maintain automation system
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to to work independently and within in a cross-function team
  • Knowledge of MES integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good in English communication
