Job Summary:

The Junior Executive – Quality Control (QC) will support the quality assurance team in monitoring food safety, hygiene, and production quality at kitchens. This role involves conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and assisting in documentation and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Male Candidates Only

1. Quality Control & Inspection:

  • Conduct raw material quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor food preparation processes, verifying hygiene, temperature, and storage conditions.
  • Perform final product quality checks before food dispatch.

2. Hygiene & Sanitation Monitoring:

  • Ensure kitchen staff follow personal hygiene and food handling guidelines.
  • Conduct sanitation checks for utensils, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
  • Monitor pest control and water quality to maintain safety standards.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Assist in maintaining QC checklists, food safety records, and daily reports.
  • Support compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.
  • Help prepare for internal and external audits.

4. Training & Awareness:

  • Participate in food safety and hygiene training programs for kitchen staff.
  • Educate team members on best practices for quality control.

5. Process Improvement & Support:

  • Report quality issues and deviations to the QC Executive/Manager.
  • Assist in implementing corrective actions and improving quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 years in food quality control, preferably in large-scale kitchens or food production.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Attention to detail for quality checks & documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
