JobSummary:
As a Channel Manager for Banks &National Distribution you will play a crucial role indriving
business growth and maximizing salesopportunities through effective management and
development of partnerships with banks and national distributionchannels. Your primary focus will
be on establishing andmaintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders drivingsales
strategies and ensuring the successfuldistribution of the company's products and services.With
your expertise in channel management and financialservices you will contribute to the achievement
ofbusiness objectives and strengthen the company's marketposition. Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement a comprehensive channel management strategyfor banks and national
distribution channels to drivebusiness growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Identifyand onboard potential bank partners and national distributionchannels ensuring
alignment with the company'starget market and product offerings.
3. Establish andnurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers andstakeholders within
partner organizations fosteringcollaboration and trust.
4. Collaborate with partners todevelop joint business plans sales targets and marketingstrategies
ensuring alignment with the company'sobjectives.
5. Monitor and analyze market trendscompetitor activities and customer needs to identify new
business opportunities and adjust strategiesaccordingly.
6. Provide training and support to partnersequipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools
toeffectively promote and sell the company's products andservices.
7. Conduct regular business reviews withpartners evaluating performance addressing challenges
and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
8.Collaborate with internal crossfunctional teams including productmanagement marketing and
operations to ensure seamlessexecution of partnership initiatives.
9. Track andanalyze sales performance market share and other relevant metricsproviding regular
reports and insights to seniormanagement.
10. Stay informed about industry regulationsmarket dynamics and emerging trends in the financial
services industry adjusting strategies and tacticsaccordingly. Qualifications:
1.bachelors degree in business finance marketing or a related field.A master's degree is
preferred.2. Minimum 58 years of experience in channel managementbusiness development or sales roles
within the financialservices industry.
3. Proven track record of success inmanaging and developing partnerships with banks andnational
distribution channels.
4. Strongunderstanding of financial products and services including mutualfunds insurance and
other investmentvehicles.
5. Excellent relationshipbuilding andnetworking skills with the ability to establish andmaintain
partnerships with key stakeholders.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with theability to effectively convey complex
ideas andinfluence decisionmaking.
7. Strategic mindset with theability to identify opportunities develop sales strategies anddrive
business growth.
8. Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze market dataidentify
trends and make datadrivendecisions.
9. Resultsoriented with a focus on achievingsales targets and driving revenue growth.
