Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred).

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related design, with a strong focus on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.

- Proven experience in designing user interfaces that adhere to accessibility standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (WCAG).

- 3+ years of experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design using Figma or a similar design tool (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).

- A strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered and visually appealing interfaces must be attached with your application.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize the user journey and interaction with the interface.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible.
