As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical inquiries regarding the use of and fix for our Electronic Support Services. A main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and called out issues.Career Level - IC3We are looking for Apps DBA resource to join MCS EBS Migration/Upgrade/Implementation team.Exp: 6-10 yearsExperience/Knowledge of the following is mandatory:1. Oracle Core & Apps DBA with expertise and working knowledge on / environment.2. Sound Knowledge on 12c & 19c EBS databases alongwith RAC.3. Troubleshooting knowledge on critical problems and areas like CM, Apache, Database etc.4. Performed at least one database upgrade from 11g to 12c / 12c to 19c & EBS Upgrade from

to .5. Oracle Applications 11i/R12 Support and maintenance activities like refresh and patching on multi-node environments.6. Load testing or Regression testing experienceExperience/Knowledge of the following will have added advantage:Manage and Support Oracle Database, Middleware and E-Business Suite Applications in OCI and On-premise environmentsImplement and coordinate changes to Infrastructure, Database, Middleware and Application layers - at OCI and On-premise environmentsHands on experience with Scripting, Automation using high-level languages such as Python with strong Object-Oriented concepts.Working Knowledge on DevOps, focusing on Infrastructure Automation and Enhancement using any Orchestrator toolsSimplify Server/Service Management and reduce Incidents and Problems with AutomationCreate Reusable Frameworks, Standards and Automation to Manage Database, Middleware and Application changesExpertise in Cloud Platforms and Migration of On-Premise systems to OCISupport & Maintain Oracle EBS Suite High Availability Design Spanning Data Centers - Database Node (RAC, Active Dataguard, Physical Standby, Snapshot Standby, Switchover, Failover).
