ResponsibilitiesAble to perform end-to-end project management including understanding requirements,perform Impact analysis, suggest improvements in change requests, design suitablearchitecture, manage the team for executing engineering tasks like Coding, Reviewing, Testingand Deploying within agreed timelines, presenting the delivered tasks to stakeholdersDeveloping work schedules and delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goalsIdentifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possibleAnalysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements Bring the technical knowledge and understanding to the table

know how things generally work and what youre talking aboutBe quick to respond and confident in making fast (but solid) decisions Always know the status of all the moving parts and be aware of surrounding factors Keeping up to date with industry trends and developmentsUpdating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes Updating stakeholders of the progress with any delays, , blockages, risks and contingency plans

SkillsBachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldRelevant Management certification may be required12+ years of professional experienceExcellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesWillingness to build professional relationships with staff and clientsExcellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsHand-on experience in .Net based technologies and frameworks (including cloud infrastructure) is a mustExperience in development of Web API using REST/PrestoExperience in designing database in SQL Server 2016 or higherHave experience in full stack developmentKnowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languagesExperience with browser-based debugging and performance testing softwareKnowledge of Project management tool like JIRA, Azure DevOpExperience in version control using Github etc.
