Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and systems from various sources.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as necessary.
Maintain and update databases with new information and ensure all records are current.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Conduct data integrity and quality assurance checks.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.

Qualifications:
