We enable #Human First DigitalAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems within AWS. This role will focus on multi-agent orchestration, cloud-native AI architecture, and healthcare-compliant AI solutions, enabling trusted, scalable, and intelligent data workflows.Responsibilities:Architect and design agentic AI systems using AWS services (Bedrock, Sage Maker, Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge, Open Search, Dynamo DB).Define multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows, source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.Evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures to drive efficiency and compliance.Build and integrate solutions using agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack, Crew AI, Auto Gen).Mentor and guide AI engineers, developers, and Dev Ops teams on agent-based designs and scalable ML workflows.Partner with clinical SMEs, compliance teams, and sponsors to ensure technical solutions align with business outcomes and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Ph D a plus).8–12 years in AI/ML engineering, with 3–5 years in cloud-native AI architecture.Proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, Sage Maker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, Lex.Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack, Crew AI, Auto Gen).Hands-on experience in workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal) and multi-agent pipelines.Background in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Gx P, FDA/EMA guidelines preferred).Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills.Required Skills:Expertise in AWS AI services.Experience in agentic AI frameworks.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Preferred Skills:Ph D in a relevant field.Experience in healthcare AI solutions.Knowledge of regulatory compliance.Pay range and compensation package: Competitive compensation, learning opportunities, and global exposure.Equal Opportunity Statement: Did you know that Apexon has been CertifiedTM by Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the three regions in which it operates: USA (for the fourth time in 2023), India (seven consecutive certifications as of 2023), and the UK.
