Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Engineer at SKUPREME. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for test execution, manual testing, creating test cases, and ensuring software testing standards are met on our platform. The role will involve day-to-day testing tasks to maintain high-quality standards.

QualificationsQuality Assurance, Manual Testing, and Test Execution skills, automation experience is plus point.Experience in creating and executing detailed test casesProficiency in software testing methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with automated testing tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExcellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.Process Improvement:

Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and reduce defects.Testing and Inspection:

Plan and perform inspections, tests, and evaluations of products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and audits. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management as required.Root Cause Analysis:

Investigate quality issues and non-conformance reports. Conduct root cause analysis and work with relevant departments to resolve problems.Compliance:

Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, etc.), customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.Supplier Management:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and performance assessments.Training:

Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices.Customer Focus:

Address customer complaints related to quality, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements to prevent recurrence.
