Location: Mumbai/Delhi-NCR Key Responsibilities: This is a unique opportunity to join the growing Marketing team to set up marketing automation tools and processes. You will work across the marketing team with designer, web developer, content, IT. Role Purpose: Set up Marketing Automation Design, build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns within Hubspot/Marketo and Salesforce.Com to deliver measurable results. Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring, in accordance with industry best practices. Test and QA marketing automation programs. Manage the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability. Oversee various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, Event Platform, Website, data enhancement tools, Other Digital properties etc. Experience working with HTML/CSS, setting up and versioning email and landing page design and layouts. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests; consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators. Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI. Monitor technology developments and trends; make recommendations for adoption at Trilegal. What we are looking at? 6+ years of marketing automation experience in Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.Com. Good team player and Prior experience in handling campaigns of global scale. Exceptional Communication Skills – English. Deep understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and lead management. Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environment.
